By providing your mobile phone number during registration and checking the opt-in box, you are expressly consenting to receive text messages from Prompted for MFA purposes only. Message frequency depends on your login activity.

Message and data rates may apply as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive or by contacting our customer support. Please note that opting out may affect your ability to access your account, as MFA is required for security purposes.

If you choose to opt out, you will receive the following confirmation message: "Prompted: You have successfully unsubscribed from receiving MFA SMS messages. You will not receive any more messages from us. Reply START to resubscribe."

3.9. Help Message

If you request assistance by replying "HELP," you will receive the following message: "Prompted: For assistance, please contact our support at info@thinkprompted.ai. Reply STOP to opt out."
